I have always been interested in natural health growing up but it wasn’t until I was introduced to aromatherapy that my spark was really ignited in my adult life. I loved learning and exploring how plant extracts could have such a positive impact on our bodies just through inhalation. I began delving deeper into the ancient knowledge of plants, herbs, and nutrition and through my own health journey of anxiety and PCOS, I discovered the overwhelming benefits that these modalities can have on my mind, body, and overall wellbeing.

In my spare time, I love to create specialized herbal teas and skincare, combining my passion for plant medicine with hands-on creativity. This allows me to deepen my understanding of how herbs work synergistically to support health and healing.

I now want to tap into that knowledge and share it with others, helping people empower themselves to heal from within.
